Property Care Services (PCS) is a family owned and locally operated business that was established by Greg Sloan in Colville, WA in 1990 (Formerly known as Sloan Tractor Service). At that time, PCS primarily served Stevens, Ferry, and Pend Oreille Counties, in Northeastern Washington State. Early on, the decision was made to define PCS by providing high quality services and getting the job done right the first time. At that time, PCS primarily specialized in septic, drainage, and water systems.

With help from his children, Greg expanded the business into a new location with a larger fleet of equipment, providing services to all Counties in Northeastern Washington, including Spokane County, and some counties in central Washington.

Today, the company is still family owned and operated. Andrew Sloan, the second generation, oversees PCS operations and he has assisted Greg in the further expansion of the business. With over 30 years of experience, PCS provides a diverse variety of Excavation Services to meet the needs of today’s residential and commercial customers.
